Dawn of the Dragon Slayer (2012)
I’ve gotten pretty good at understanding different languages by watching shows like this the first time in another language. You can tell how good the dialog vs acting is on how much was hidden without my favorite English taking point for the storyline. This one must have had pretty good acting, the language didn’t make much of a difference.
Spoiler: the surprise at the end is the guy slays the dragon. Although it’s sort of in the title and everything. The foreign release with the name of Paladin was actually a more fit name since he learns to embody a hearty resistance bonus.
Average movie gets 3 stars. You could use this as a baseline. It’s got a bit of everything but nothing special that really makes me care about any of the characters no learn anything of the human condition. It did however keep me entertained and that’s worth at least average.
